Building located in the Levante Beach area of Benidorm at 1000 m. from the sea.

Description

The apartments have one or two bedrooms each with two single beds, a sofa-bed for two people in the living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace (some glazed in). .T.V.included. The T.V´s are equipped with a Digital Terrestrial Receiver. This enables you to watch all programmes in there original language.

Comunal services:

Swimming pool, parking (spaces not guaranteed), porter and two lifts.

Optional services:

Safety deposit boxes and cots for babies

Cleaning services:

The apartments are fully clean upon arrival. Cleaning (except kitchen) and linen change is done weekly. Weekly cleaning is not included for long stays.

Conditions:

Breakage deposit of 150 euros

Apartments doesn't have washing machine.

We do not permit animals

Cancellation fees:

72 hours before arrival: 1 day

48 hours before arrival and "No shows": 2 days

Minimum 7 nights
